The project involved converting the existing mercantile space into three modern tenant suites, including one Business (B) occupancies and two Restaurant (A-3) occupancy.

• Full demolition and reconstruction to meet updated Los Angeles building codes

Project Timeline & Value

Originally scheduled for 8 months, the project was extended by 2 months to address termite-damaged structural framing. Despite this, the $2M redevelopment project was delivered with precision, resulting in a revitalized, code-compliant property ready to serve multiple tenants in the competitive Los Angeles commercial market.
